MyGreek's finance tools are free to use thanks to Passthrough Mode. When Passthrough Mode is enabled, chapters pay $0 in platform fees, and members cover the transaction fees charged by our secure payment processor.
When Passthrough Mode is disabled, chapters absorb all transaction fees: 4% for card payments and 0.8% for bank payments (capped at $5).
Most chapters choose Passthrough Mode so they can use MyGreek at no cost and keep 100% of what members owe.
What is your cancellation policy?
MyGreek doesn't have restrictive contracts or cancellation policies. You’re free to cancel anytime by simply stopping your use of the platform.
Do my members need an account to pay?
While we encourage members to register their accounts, it’s not required. Members can pay their bills using shareable payment links, allowing them to complete payments without registering.
Does MyGreek hold chapter funds?
MyGreek does not hold any of your chapter's funds. Payments made through MyGreek are deposited directly into your chapter's bank account.
Can I remove members directly through the site?
Yes, you can easily add or remove members directly on the website - no need to contact us to make changes. MyGreek support is also available to help set up your chapter and add members, all at no additional cost.
