How do collection charges work?
Like all online payment platforms, MyGreek uses standard processing fees. You can choose whether your chapter or the member covers this cost.

If the fee is passed to the member, they would pay $104 on a $100 charge (for cards), ensuring your chapter receives the full $100.

If your chapter absorbs the fee instead, the member would pay $100, and your chapter would receive $96 after the processing fee. This is common practice across financial platforms. MyGreek gives you full control over how fees are handled so you can choose what works best for your chapter.
